How Quickly Will My Order Arrive?
We aim to ship in stock items within 3 days of you placing your order. You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an order update via email, please keep an eye on your email junk folder in case the email is redirected.
If you qualify for free shipping, we will ship your order via Royal Mail or Hermes, depending on the weight and value of the order. Royal Mail deliver most parcels within 1-3 days, Hermes within 4 days.
If you choose standard 1st or 2nd class post options at the checkout, please remember these cannot be tracked. First class items should arrive in 1-2 working days, second class items within 2-3 days. For overseas Royal Mail services, within the EU, items should take approximately 1 week to arrive. Outside the EU it can take between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on customs.
Courier Delivery (Hermes)
When we book the courier we will pass your name, address, email, and contact number to the company so that they can provide you with the best possible service. Parcels should arrive in 3-5 working days (unless you have paid for a faster service). We will send you the tracking information for the parcel when we send you your order update. We reserve the right to use an alternative courier service, should it be necessary, delivery times will not be compromised.
Quotes for courier services for overseas orders are available on request, costs depend of speed, weight, value and final parcel size. We do not add an admin or processing fee to these costs.
Collect From Store
If you select collect from store, we will email you as soon as your order is ready. Please note it will be available to collect from our Bridge Street address in Witney, this is our administrative base and NOT a traditional store, it will not be possible to view other items of stock.
Can I Change My Order?
If you need to change your order, and you have not yet received a despatch notification, we will do our best to accommodate you. The quickest way to reach us is via email: email@example.com. Please mark the email as urgent and include "Change to My Order" in the title.
My Order Hasn't Arrived What Should I Do?
We are here to help, if you have selected standard Royal Mail (1st or 2nd class) please allow 1 week from despatch before reporting items as missing to ourselves. If your parcel has been sent via courier, please use the tracking information to locate your parcel in the first instance, if this is incorrect or unavailable, please contact us.
